Pricing
Room:	$120 per night / 2+ nights
House*:	$200 per night / 2+ nights
Single night:	A $30 (one room) and $50 (house) surcharge will apply to all one (1) night bookings
Multi-night special:	$150 per room; up to two adults, for two nights.
	or
	$300 for the house; up to four adults, for two nights.
Children:	Up to 5 years, free. Maximum two. 12 years and under, $45 per night.
